Why work with a QHSE consultant?
A QHSE system is more than procedures in a binder. It must reduce accidents, control your environmental impacts, guarantee the quality of what you deliver and meet the requirements of your clients, who increasingly ask for proof of compliance before signing a contract.
An outside view reveals what habit hides: a poorly assessed risk, a forgotten legal obligation, an indicator nobody tracks. QHSE consulting gives you an honest picture of the situation and a roadmap for progress, without piling up paperwork.
Signs you need it
- A client or main contractor requires a QHSE approach or ISO certification.
- Accidents or near misses keep happening without the causes being addressed.
- You are not sure which legal obligations apply to your activity.
- Your procedures exist but are not applied in the field.
- You are preparing for an inspection, a client audit or an expansion.

The Algerian regulatory framework

Frequently asked questions
Is a QHSE assessment required before ISO certification?
The standard does not require it, but it is strongly recommended. It measures the gap with the requirements and estimates the time and resources needed before committing to a certification body.
How long does an assessment take?
It depends on company size, the number of sites and the areas covered. [Indicative range to be confirmed by HDAPEX.]
Do our teams need to be involved?
Yes, briefly: a few interviews with managers and access to workstations. The goal is to see real conditions without disrupting production.
Do you work outside Sétif?
[Areas covered to be confirmed by HDAPEX.]
Is the action plan followed up after the assignment?
You can implement it yourself or be supported for implementation, team training or a follow-up audit.
